I was diagnosed with osteoporosis many years ago, and I had been taking Fosamax (with no improvement), then Fosamax and Evista together (also with no improvement for years). I can show you the miserable results of the bone density tests I have taken over the years.

I stopped taking the osteoporosis drugs eight or nine months ago because I developed a bad case of acid reflux disease�took Nexium�
Stopped taking that when I learned that Nexium interferes with the body�s ability to absorb calcium�kept taking my calcium and Vitamin D pills as I had been for years, and kept my SuperSlow Zone exercise program, twice a week, every week.

Then I decided to have another bone density test�and what do you think? There was a 6-7% improvement in my bone density, both in the spine and in the hips.
