SuperSlow Zone has been my best kept secret. I have had to tell everybody about it. I have lost two inches off my waist and one inch from my upper chest. My expanded chest has added three inches. After leaving my morning sessions, legs rubbery & trembling, I find that I start to gain energy that continues for the next couple of days. As we travel I can handle our bags with greater ease and less effort.. What I had not counted on is the compliments I have received and my wife received on how good I look., “how fit”, how trim and” how well my clothes fit.” I lost 6 pounds in the first few weeks but have gained all but 2 of them back while going down two shirt sizes in my sport shirts. This is all good and it has been my best investment of time in myself that I have made in a long while.
