Although I was not a 69lb weakling before I started working out at SuperSlow, I had very little strength in my arms, and when I broke my left wrist, things got worse. That has all changed. I�m able to lift, carry, handle tools-do everything thanks to SuperSlow Zone training. I love the fact that you work out with a trainer next to you �to be sure your form is good and to recognize when it�s time to increase your weights, or time on the machines, as well as to know when you�ve had enough. I�ve joined many gyms and signed many contracts, and then never done the training. With SuperSlow Zone, I never have missed a workout session, and don�t plan to-ever.
